After making detailed visits to a range of properties within the client’s brief, we carefully compile a short list with written details, photos and video of each property to send to the clients. This means when clients travel out to view the properties they select from our list, they don’t waste precious time viewing unsuitable properties.
In addition to saving them time, money and shoe-leather, we can often negotiate a keener price which leaves them a little surplus to spend on extras that make ‘la vie française’ so attractive!
